Nissan 400Z 2021

Nissan 400Z 2021 will become a new look in the automotive market segment with a series of advanced specifications provision. Presently, the sports car is experiencing a very precious moment.

As we can see, the Toyota Supra comes back to life with the mid-engined Corvette. Both of them debuted last year.

That’s one of the reasons it’s an excellent time for Nissan to redesign its old Z coupe. Without a doubt, the car will be name 400Z.

Nissan probably kept the details of the 400Z under wraps, but now we know that the sports car is getting an upgrade. Nissan 400Z 2021 will come with a V-6 twin-turbo.

This is likely the result of the Infiniti Q60 coupe as well as a six-speed manual transmission. Fortunately, the Z will receive a tech update with new touchscreen infotainments.

Not only that, there is a digital meter display as well as the possibility of several new driver-assistant features. Meanwhile, the last generation of 370Z will compete with a more affordable sports car.

Like the Mazda Mx-5, Miata and Toyota 86 in terms of price and performance. As for this next-generation car, it has been estimated that it will slightly rise to the market. Especially for placing the Supra in the crosshairs.

Nissan 400Z 2021 specifications

Nissan’s iconic Z car will be totally new for 2021. This is seen from the Z Proto concept car. The new 400Z draws design inspired from past Z cars.

However, it gives us a glimpse into the future with the latest technology and interior modernization that every four-wheeler user needs.

There’s nothing wrong with hoping that the 400Z, which will debut next year, as a hardtop coupe, but convertibles can follow later.

What’s new from these specifications, of course, makes anyone feel curious. For that, let’s look at the following full review!

Nissan 400Z 2021 will carry a traditional concept that is very elegant and also classy. After a series of teasers, Z Proto launched with a design that was heavily inspired by cultural heritage.

Despite this, it remains true to the previous six generations of the Z car. The dimensions and overall shape are similar to the 370Z, measuring 172.5 inches long and 72.8 inches wide.

Not to mention the teardrop headlamps inspired by the original Datsun 240Z. Likewise, the pearlescent paint and rear design were passed down from the more modern-day 300ZX with LED elements.

A modern twist comes with LED daytime running lights and carbon fiber accents. In addition, it also carries a digital instrumentation cluster and an expansive touchscreen infotainment system.

Engine, Transmission, and Performance

Just like its sibling, the Nissan GT-R, the Nissan 400Z 2021 offers hope that it will get a power source from the twin-turbocharged V-6. However, instead of the 565 hp 3.8-liter engine that’s under the hood of the GT-R.

The 400Z will likely get a 300 hp 3.0-liter engine from the Infiniti Q60. It’s also possible that the high-performance NISMO variant could get the 400 hp version of the currently exclusive engine.

Especially for the Q60 Red Sport 400. Even though all-wheel drive is available on the Infiniti, we expect Nissan to stick with rear-wheel drive.

This course is specifically for the 400Z. Nissan has promised a six-speed manual transmission as standard. Even though we expect a seven-speed auto also to offer the 400Z as an option.

Nissan 400Z 2021 Interior

Nissan itself has not changed the cabin layout of the Nissan 400Z 2021. This car remains a two-seater coupe without a rear seat the rest of the Porsche 911 style.

Nissan 400Z 2021 INTERIOR

Seen in the Z Proto concept vehicle’s image, the new Z will receive a modern cabin with the latest materials. It’s a welcome upgrade from the old interior of today’s 370Z.

It’s perfectly fine to expect Nissan to use genuine leather seats, power-adjustable seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Cargo space remains a mystery. However, we don’t expect this to change with the Nissan 400Z 2021.
